Our Journey
The inception of Sunrise Group dates back to 1979 when Mr. Haresh Khubchandani, a strong visionary made a determined decision to dodge single handedly into Sharjah property industry. He had optimistic foresight for this industry expecting a boom someday across UAE. Today UAE, especially Dubai has grown into one of the hottest property market recognized worldwide.
With the growth of the property market our clientele began expanding to other areas of the Emirates, a subsidiary branch of Sunrise at DUBAI was the next big step.
This transition leads to the growth of Sunrise group.
In October 2004 Mr. Ashish Khubchandani inaugurated their branch office Sunshine Homes Real Estate Dubai, UAE marking a milestone for Sunrise Group creating endless opportunities for potential investors. Continuing on its tradition of customer delight, the company has grown to the position of a key player in the Dubai Real estate industry.
